With the thought of giving back to the roots, to our society and to the print-media fraternity, promoters of Kaleido Graphics, Shrinivas Virkar and Medha Virkar, along with their team members are together and independently involved in various activities.
Here is short list of organisations we are closely associated with and extend support to, directly or indirectly; gladly and fondly.
Devrukh College of Art & Design (DeCAD)
A college imparting art education and located in Devrukh, a remote village in Maharashtra, India. Funded by Pitre Foundation, the family of Medha Virkar.
Devrukh Shikshan Prasarak Mandal (DSPM)
A college imparting Humanities, Science, Commerce education and located in Devrukh a remote village in Maharashtra, India
Mumbai Mudrak Sangh
Mrs. Medha Virkar has been on the Managing Committee of Mumbai Mudrak Sangh, a premier association of printers in Mumbai and is Immediate Past President (2015) of the Association. She is the first woman to head any print association in India. Medha Virkar was recognised as Woman of Distinction by Output Links Communication Group in Chicago, USA in 2014 for her work at the association.
Maharaja Shivachhatrapati Pratishthan (Maharaja Trust) & Janata Raja
Mr. Shrinivas Virkar is Trustee on the Maharaja Trust since 1994 and has been working actively on developing the museum as well as the play Janata Raja. Maharaja Trust works on spreading the knowledge on Emperor Shivaji (1627 – 1680), an iconic figure in Maharashtra State, India.
Lakshmibai Pitre Kala Sangrahalaya (Devrukh Museum)
The museum houses paintings; some of them are 100 years old. The entire museum has been laid out by Mr. Shrinivas Virkar as part of his social work.
